When you enroll with medcerts you get a lot of benefits besides the education and certification voucher, you get good student success advisors like Ciera Bradby. I was contacted via email, call and text. When I wasn't able to answer the phone I was able to text Ciera which was very nice. Also, she left me to my own devices but made sure I was aware I could reach out to her for help or questions. I think it's a nice balance of hand holding and letting people be adults. I have been through similar programs with mandatory weekly check ins. Which can become bothersome. If you fall behind you get sent an automated message that advises you on how to get back on track if you need it. They also reached out during times of natural disaster to see if I was affected. The content is very well designed and thorough. I'm still on my medcert journey. After I actually started the courses I feel confident that my education is worth the money invested.

David Garcia was nice, patient and thorough with getting me signed up and explained everything to me and got me very excited to get started. In my opinion he is an asset to medcerts and a great guy.
