Yes I loved the self paced program for Pharmacy Technician Specialist and I was able to recall previous knowledge and training at my own pace. I loved the Virtual learning tools and quizzes that helped in retaining all the information I needed to be successful on the tests and quizzes. The trainers were very detailed with all the instructions to learn all calculations and formulas. The opportunity to get my certification was so smooth and awesome I am very excited to start my new position at a Retail Pharmacy, as a CPhT.

I signed up for the surgical tech program in Nov on started right away. I completed the online courses or so I thought in 4 days. Over a wk later when I reached out to my EA. I was told I still had more course work. I never heard from my SA the entire time and was told career services would be reaching out. Needless to say, they never reached out to me until a mth later when I threatened to stop making mthly payments. Here it's 4 almost 5 mths later and still haven't started my clinicals. I have since moved on as no healthcare system in my state will hire anyone who's completed a program through MedCert let alone, partner with them for clincals. Complete waste of valuable time, energy, and most importantly, money.

It was very well and easy! My education consultant, Eddie Switkowski, was there the entire time for me and made this so simple.

Unlike the other three adult-learning institutions I went to, MedCerts actually had a program that you could see through all the way to the end. No excuses about lacking students for classes to start near the end.

For anyone taking a course through MedCerts please be aware of what name they submit when they auto create your login to the certifying organization. (In my case it's the NHA for the CCMA exam) I completed my course 2 months ago. For the past two months I've been on the phone with Medcerts, NHA, and PSI multiple times. I eventually received resolution from PSI after sending them a picture of my driver's license so I just need to schedule the exam by the name that matches my license. I have to use the NHA website to schedule the exam but I'm not allowed to correct the name on the account. I just need a new NHA login that matches my name as it appears on my driver's license. They flatly refuse to allow me to allow the edit even after receiving a picture of my driver's license but state that if Medcerts creates a NEW login for me, I can schedule the exam with no problem. I have been asking Medcerts to help me with this for WEEKS and have gotten NOWHERE. Even after offering to pay for the exam myself. I am missing opportunities and have wasted so much time. It's so disappointing because I actually really enjoyed their course aside from a couple of minor things that could be improved. If this post helps even one person not to have to go through this, I'll be happy. To everyone out there educating themselves even when you have 100 other responsibilities, you've got this!

Today I had the most amazing experience! Mark Ybarra is Excellent, I just registered for the Sterile Processing program, and to say as an introvert who is also older and don’t like talking to people or doing any form of interviews, I was simply petrified. Mark was gentle, patient, understanding and very honest. Within 2 mins I was comfortable asking questions and laughing. I signed up immediately just because of how clear everything was explained. I’m now a MedCerts student thanks to the wonderful Mark Ybarra.
