Only do medcert for certifications that does not require clinical or in person hours they do not help you or have any association with any company in healthcare for the surgical tech program unless ur already working in the field DON’T SIGN UP FOR SURG TECH so many regrets and tried to cancel the program after a month n was told I can’t and the cost would go on ur credit I didn’t care I’m not paying $4000 for online videos n tests with no support To their response I still never used you guys course I was almost done with the classes when I started to ask hey what company do you have a relationship with for clinicals or hours needed to become certified. As stated before they don’t help don’t refund no matter what or cancel the program all together you better off going to a real brick school with hands on experience the courses was easy bt means nothing and if u can’t sit for surgeries Oh and don’t take my word for it go into facebook groups for surgical tech and mention medcert one time watch all the real negative comments come or search medcert in that group and read the 1000s comments about their “surgical tech program”

I did Medical Coding training elsewhere in 2021 and I could not pass the state test. So, I can tell for experience that MedCert program is much much better. I passed the state certification on my first attempt few days ago. I am very happy with the coaching, my advisor Jamie was with me during all the journey, always encouraging me. Thanks Jamie, Thanks MedCert!

Tiffany was such a HUGE help by guiding me and talking me through every option I had. I have been so lost and confused on what I want to do. She was so nice and understanding and she helped push me to work towards a new goal. I’m very excited to start my new journey!
