Second to none Customer Service from this family run company. During the purchase and delivery process I spoke to two different managers who were equally helpful. They stuck to their Price Match Promise and my parcel was delivered having been tracked for me when two parts were delivered separately. This was very reassuring and when everything arrived the Stokke Tripp Trapp Bundle was intact, but I was quite surprised to note that there was no extra packaging for protection !

Horrendous company iv called many times the voicemail ses there supposed to be open nobody answers our order took over 3 weeks to come by then we had ordered another car seat becuse they didn't take the money Nd never confirmed our order then all of a sudden they took the money and the order was coming the next day we refused the order 5 days later still no refund and no contact of when we will receive our refund of over 450 pounds
