was two weeks late with delivery, then only received a car seat and accessories when i ordered the 7 price bundle pram so was left with a newborn and no pram had to then spend more money elsewhere as needed a pram then company was extremely rude and sarcastic via email when i complained and asked for refund. certainly don’t recommend

absolute disgrace of a company. The courier DPD they used have lost the parcel, however they will still not refund me. DPD have confirmed the parcel has been lost, however Lester Nursery are still refusing to refund me while DPD 'search for the parcel' - this is fraud and I will be taking further action. Avoid at all costs , worst customer service I have ever experienced
