We have had wonderful customer service even after one package didn’t arrive and their customer service was wonderful and not only sent another package but they sent a larger package ! At first I had a problem using my debit card to make payment. Fenben uses a European bank as their clearing house .My debit card company would not make payment because it was a European bank. It took a few tries. Plan B was to use PayPal , which expitieted the transaction. The company was in contact with me all the way. I received the Fenben quickly after. Just started using the product have not formed an option yet.

We have ordered several times from Fenben Lab and have never had any issues. Orders have been shipped promptly.

Great company! It took a couple of days to ship but once it did, it arrived quickly. The have lots of information regarding how to store and use the products which was very helpful!

It is not about me returning the products, it is all about getting support when I need it. I bought the product to use and not to return it. I will then bear the cost of returning the products who does that. I only asked how to take the product and if it is meant for human or dog. And no answer
