My package wasn’t coming due to Canada post strike, they sent me another one via UPS instead. Once the strike was over I informed them that I had another package and they told me to keep it without charge. The response was fast on every question I had or any concern. Impressive!!

The ladies were very nice and responsive once they realized how late the package was. She did give me a half dose small box for free because of the delay. I was very grateful because it arrived before the big box I had ordered. That was very nice of her:)

I would, however, recommend using PayPal to make pymt due to money conversion problems that may occur otherwise. I tried using my credit card last time and ended up in a mess. However, after contacting my bank and PayPal, the error was resolved. And it was so nice of CanChema to send me a gift to make up for the trouble.🙂
