I was concerned about international shipping and a long wait at customs. The company found a warehouse that had stock and shipped it Fedex 24-hour and had it the next day.

On December 16th I received a partial shipment of product although by all indications it was supposed to be the full shipment of product. After leaving a review I was immediately emailed by a customer rep who explained that the product that was not shipped in original order was going to be shipped from another location in the US. A USPS tracking number was provided but after 6 days it showed that the product had not been received by the USPS for shipment. At that time Fenben labs offered to replace the original order plus an additional free 30 day supply or do a partial refund of original order. I opted to go with the replace my order. Well, the next day the order that said USPS had not received the order to ship showed up in my mailbox. When I informed Fenben that I had received the order they told me to accept it as a gift and still continued with the 2nd order plus free 30 day supply. They have been very professional and except for the original communication failure that the 2 different products would not be shipped together they have been very responsive and have gone out of their way to make sure I’m a satisfied customer. There product is professional grade and I would purchase from Fenben Labs again w/o hesitation.

Ordered 27th of November, said it was shipped on Dec 2nd. Tracking number was still not trackable after a couple of weeks so I reached out to customer service and no reply to this day. Now when I click the tracking link I get an error page. Thanks for taking my money! Never again.

I made a typo in my address which bounced my shipment back to Fenben LAB, but after I corrected the address they re-shipped it immediately at no extra charge. That's GREAT customer service - many thanks. - RM

UPDATED REVIEW--The responded to my email and sent me the right product quickly. I sent them picture of what was sent so they knew it was wrong. I would have felt better if someone answered the phone, but the problem was fixed quickly, so no complaints. ORIGINAL REVIEW--I just received my shipment and IT IS THE WRONG PRODUCT, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, EVEN THOUGH I AM CALLING DURING BUSINESS HOURS. No idea what to do now. I am not believing all these positive reviews now.

I only received a partial order - (2) two 90 unit boxes of of the 222mg product. I did NOT receive the (1) one 90 unit box of the 444mg product. It’s very difficult to discuss this issue with an agent as they do not accept calls during their normal business hours nor do they have a method of contact other than email- I will give them 2 days to respond to my issue-

Fenbendazole kills some cancers, based on my personal experience. I was having bladder cancer surgery to remove 20 - 40 new lesions every 3 months until I started Fenben. Instead of running to pee every 20-30 minutes 24/7, I now get up 2 or 3 times at night. I fired the urologist who objected to my taking Fenben. Saved my life and my sanity! Thanks Fenben LAB!
