United Kingdom | 02 February 2025I felt cheated when I received a lower offer after sending off my iPhone SE. They claimed that the screen was scratched but I took multiple photos of the phone before packing it which prove that the screen and casing was perfect. I packed it with thick card covering the screen and in a bubble pack so it wasn't scratched in transit. Also they said the battery was low - I would say normal for an 8 yrs old phone. I also had to chase up to get the payment. 4.2.25 update:- The company say that they erroneously clicked on the button to say that the screen was scratched. admitting that it was not. They say that the battery was low, but as I stated previously, it and the phone are 8 years old and so that was to be expected. They now say this was the only reason they reduced my offer but I would have rather had the lower offer in the first place so that I could have made an informed decision. If the phone is to be passed on to another user it was bound to need a reconditioned or new battery ! They say that their bank had an issue that delayed the payment. I believe that my review was fair.

I have emailed 3 times now and been told they will manually put it through the payment system for that day, yet almost a week later i have no iPhone and no payment! Initially they said I entered the payment details incorrectly (which I guess could have happened even though I did it directly from my banking app), but they have had the correct details more than long enough now. Well, I have now changed this to 3 stars as they finally send the money but it shouldn't take almost 2 weeks, even if it was my error with the account number.

The order was quickly amended to include the phone and we received payment the same day. Great and honest service, happy customers

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024I sold an Iphone 8 plus and the offer was £69. On receipt I was offered £60 as this was locked to O2. This I acceptable as it was fair. I had to email a couple of times for the payment but this was in my account within 48 hours. I would have left 5 stars but due to not being able to get in touch with them quickly, I have left 4 stars. Overall, I am pleased with the transaction.

United Kingdom | 13 October 2024WARNING!!! Do not use this company if you’re wanting to sell your mobile! I had an iPhone XR 128MB in excellent condition. They offered me £116 but when they received it in the post they reduce the offer to just £65. This, they say, was due to the fact it was not the original screen (even though it’s in immaculate condition) and the battery was not working to it’s full potential. What do they expect!?!? This is clearly just a ploy to reduce the offer. Naturally, I rejected the offer. They stated they would return my iPhone back to me within three working days. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive my phone back. Despite emailing them on numerous occasions to chase this up, along with my phone, I have not received any response from them whatsoever.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2024I was offered £100 for my Samsung Galaxy S10, which was in excellent condition, due to always being kept in a wallet case with a screen protector. They sent me a revised offer of £40 after receiving it, saying that the screen was cracked. I replied, saying that the screen was not cracked when I sent it, so it had happened in transit, and asking them to take it up with Royal Mail, as they had paid the postage, and the phone should be covered. They ignored my request, and I've just received the phone back with a huge horizontal crack, so the phone is now useless.

After receiving the phone, the company came back with £20 offer, which I of course rejected and shared my experience. The company has not sent my phone back. Dishonest company. I wish I'd have read the reviews before, which clearly warn against sending your phones for sale.

Revised offer came back claiming scratches. I had photographed the phone before sending and recorded all details. After to-ing and fro-ing and negotiation, they have honoured the original full price offer. Positive Result.

Followed by several emails requesting password unlocking info & reset requests despite all done then a final email confirming return of the phone on 09/08/2023. A phone turned up but it is a Silver iphone in extremely poor condition. I have been constantly trying to resolve this but I have had 3 emails, weeks apart, saying they are trying to locate my phone. Shocking Customer Service. I never wish to leave poor feedback but this is ridiculous - I do not have my phone or the money. AVOID!

Sent it in, then received revised offer of £40, due to loose back casing- which I did not agree with. I rejected the offer, they had it reviewed and eventually after a few emails, they agreed that phone was in good condition, so I got original price. So not as straightforward as a seller as I had hoped, but situation resolved in the end.

Then if you decline the offer you will get a second offer from a "senior" assessor. However the service is shocking, don't expect replies to email and you want contact them. AVOID

Phone number for this rubbish company unavailable, completed 4 online forms and sent 3 emails to sort out a repair….Nothing back. Have logged a complaint with the trading standards.
