The web page for CAT6 cable is sparse and doesn't contain all needed basic information on the ethernet cable - see other websites that provide details on material (solid copper core), shielding (both twisted connectors and outer wrap), bandwidth, etc. Customer support was quite slow and waited more than half an hour for responses in the chat room as customer service reached out to tech support…why couldn’t I talk/chat with tech support directly? Wouldn't have needed tech support if the info was on the web page

I've heard great things about C2G, near perfect reviews, I think it was around 98% 5 stars "you can't make everyone happy" but I did roughly 2 hrs of research learning the different cats, the best brands and what would b best for my 1 gig home network and C2G came out the winner in my analysis, this is my first purchase with them and look forward to trying it out

I'm trying to take advantage of the 5 year manufacturer's warranty on the C2G docking station I bought from CompSource. Long story short, Legrand needs the vendor that purchased the device from them, not the reseller, to contact them on my behalf for them to honor warranty. After talking to CompSource on the phone today I guess they bought the device from D&H. I've never had to do this for a manufacturer's warranty issue ever in all of my IT experience but Legrand is telling me this is the only way they will honor their warranty. Not sure why CompSource would call D&H, to have D&H call Legrand on my behalf or how the reimbursement would even work with 3 companies involved. Most likely Legrand is betting that is the case, and I'm out $250-350 dollars. Legrand is definitely going to ruin C2G.
