I previously registered when I purchased a 38988 cable. When I tried to log in, it wouldn't take my password - which I see was 1 digit short. When I went to try to reset my password using the screen tab, the link was defective. It's a little aggravating that I had to reregister and that there was no explanation why.

I had to order twice, used billing address for shipping address. The system did not carry all the info over and the order was rejected. I followed up with chat 6 business days later for the status. I was then told the order was rejected I was NOT contacted about the rejection. ☹☹☹☹☹🙁

Service was great. Ordering was easy. Finding desired products was easy and fast. Other sites I tried (though they were cheap and very low cost) could not find products. Their search methods were extremely poor, any results found showed hundreds of items, most of which were not even close t o what I searched for.

This was an easy transaction and I don't blame C2G directly, but the shipping charges for a simple power cord are outrageous. I understand freight is in the stratosphere right now, but come on, $6.00 for one cord?

The price point on your products were very competitive. I was disappointed that there was not free shipping. But when I looked at other competitors pricing for the same products were twice the price. $18.00 shipping then...was no big deal. Looking forward to to my shipment! Thank You, John
