I could find and select the products I needed. The prices are reasonable and the wbsite worked well.

Finding the items that were required was fairly easy. The frustrating part was the checkout process. I attempted to "place order" and had to enter the billing address and credit card information at least three (3) times.

Fairly easy account set up once I was able to get through the Captcha pic not showing up for me to authenticate. Easy ordering process.

Although we were able to get the items, it was a bit unsettling that we have to wait two weeks before it ships out and then 'x' amount of time to get to us, because of 'warehouse issues'..

THEY HAVE A LONGER LENGTH, most companies only offered 6 ft.

Easy to find cables - all in stock.

Would appreciate a space to add a purchase order number for seamless receiving when your material is delivered.

Products great - shipping delay - not so great.

Found what I was looking for. Hopefully the item will be shipped quickly and I receive it fast.

The only issue I had was that when I searched for USB printer cables, it did not show any A/B cables... I had to wade through the entire list of cables to find what I was looking for.

The price is great. The ordering was very easy. We will see about the shipping.
