Terrible terrible experience. I understand there is a pandemic but you cannot still accept orders and take peoples money if you are not going to deliver items!!! They do not reply to emails or you cannot speak to anyone as their mailbox is full. I am missing items from my order and want a refund. The items are too late, I ordered them over a month ago.

Avoid.....still waiting for my items to arrive....have tried to contact by phone and by email regarding delivery update ....neither have reponded....absolutely awful way to run a business. Opening refund case with PayPal in next 24 hours....reading the responses from this so called 'charlie '....i beg to differ their being a logistics issue as every decent company including small traders can manage to get their orders delivered.....so whats your excuse???..quick enough to take the money out my bank thou!!!!.wont waste my time again.they need closing down....appalling service.

Unfortunately the same problem as all the rest, order (G3235051), confirmed by Great art on 30 Jan, 5-8 days delivery promised, but no sign yet. Tried email, phoning and leaving a message, but no reply. Seeing all the other complaints I feel I have been scammed. I usually use another supplier, but was recommended Great art, what a mistake I have made.

Terrible customer service. I placed order in January over 3 weeks and not arrived. No communication from seller even though I have emailed them several times, left countless voicemails. Never answer the phone. I have ordered from them for years but I won’t be again. I feel scammed. Will be on phone to my bank first thing for refund - clearly the goods are not going to arrive.

Order G3205342 Unfortunately I seem to be one of many who have not received their order from January .... I have sent countless emails and phone messages all to no avail. I could not believe it when a flyer arrived from GreatArt advertising up to 50% off in the Winter Sale, when they cannot even respond to me and tell me where my order is..... It is very sad to resort to writing a bad review, but feel I have no alternative, as to not even be advised of the situation is not acceptable.....

I have not yet received the order I placed on the 16th and the 23rd of January 2021. I sent so many email and tried to call the customer service so many times and never got any response back. At this point this company is a scam or they have gone bust. It’s a shame that I have to give them bad review as the only means to get in contact with them.

If I could score lower I would. Ordered a picture frame on the 26th December, chased on 18th Jan, given lame excuse and told it would be with me in 5-8 working days. Chased again when it didn't arrive (again), no response this time. Called them today, no answer obviously. Don't waste your time with them.

The service in lockdown is shocking. It took a month for half my order to arrive, no indication as to when the rest will come. Two emails were unanswered and they are not contactable by phone. They have sent a voucher because my order was delayed but what is the point of that when I am still waiting? I suggest buying art materials elsewhere. I will never use them again.

I used to absolutely love this shop, but ordered online in January and nothing! No phone answers, no online communication, no tracking numbers. Update. Today I received a first pack of 2 from my order, so even I didn't get any responses to tracking, the orders are still on the way to you. So I changed my rating from 1 to 4.

Like everyone else in the reviews, I have been waiting weeks to receive my order from 18/01/2021. I paid £171 for goods that were in stock. I managed to get hold of someone last week who assured me the goods would be arriving today and that it was DHL fault (I have received plenty of other parcels from DHL recently!!?) They then said they would send the bits that came directly from the UK, paint tubes etc, and they have still not arrived a week later. I've waited 3 weeks for 3 tubes of paint, no other company does this, covid or not. I ordered 3 frames, which they now say are made in Germany and there have been delays. I would like to cancel my order now and get a full refund but CANNOT get through to anyone. Are they even still in business?? my order number G3198966, says on tracking "not received order" Susan

Have been waiting for an order to arrive since 17 jan. Items were in stock when ordered. No emails answered and impossible to contact by phone. Have been using this company for many years previously and no problem. No excuse for total lack of communication.

Same as all the others below. Printing press ordered on 18th Dec. Money taken, no press delivered, apologies and promises from them but still no delivery and now silence. Asked for refund.... What a rubbish company, despite great reviews in the past.

Absolutely awful experience. I purchased some items back in January and the items were due in 5 to 8 working days. I telephoned to see if i could pay extra to have them delivered earlier and was informed 'no'. 3 weeks later and after numerous emails items still not received. You can't get in touch by telephone or leave a message because the message inbox was constantly full. The telephone is never manned. The only answer i received was in response to my emails which was to apologise but not giving a resolution to the problem, they just kept blaming the delay to DHL. I will never order from these people again, shambolic !!!

Placed order 2 weeks ago(G3211242) for £100+. Payment taken promptly. However goods not shipped. No-one answers phone or calls you back or emails to explain the issues. Today asked for full refund as clearly this company are having major issues fulfilling orders.

Have put a order in beginning of January. Nothing. I sent a email asking where the order us and was told it is with DHL and sent 21st Jan. Tracking doesn't work. Have asked for full refund. Nothing no reply. Everything being blamed on pandemic but other companys are much better organised like Amazon and you receive the delivery week at the latest. Will NEVER EVER shop with Great Art again. Hello thanks for your reply. Order number is 63182992. Hopefully you will sort this out tomorrow. Hello have just looked at original order dated 13/01/21. Order no G3182998 customer number 2359057. Regards To Great Arts credit they telephoned today and have refunded my order, plus given me a voucher. So thank you for sorting things out.

I have the same problem as others on here, made an order on 30th Dec no info about where it is or delays unless prompted. No explanation, fobbed off with it is with DHL for the last 3 weeks. The link they sent does not work and DHL have not been in contact with me. Now no longer answering my emails and don’t answer the telephone either. I have been a loyal and long-standing customer but will not order again. My order no. Is G3148416. Please just give me a true explanation or a refund if you cannot fulfill the order.

I have tried to get intouch via email and by contacting over the phone, yet my calls and emails remain unanswered. All I wish to know is where my order which I placed on the 21/01/21 is?! I understand that due to the increased volume of online orders for none essential goods that there may be delays on some orders now and again... However, there is no excuse for the level of ignorance and lack of customer service received from this company. This will be my first and my last order from "great art"... I hope that my order arrives soon!

The delays seem genuine. My order was made on 29th Dec 2020 and was told that my order was in hands of DHL on 19 Jan but tracking link did not work. About to ask for refund but DHL tracking shows today 4th Feb that they have my parcel and delivery will be tomorrow.

I am awaiting seven (7) orders (total £2,313.88) - dating back from 21st Dec 2020. I have emailed and called on several occasions - to no avail. I have been a loyal and regular customer of Great Art for many years and I am appalled at the lack of courtesy and customer service. I understand that you are experiencing delays... but I would like to know, especially as the money has left my account, if you still intend to honour these orders..?
