Hi , I placed an order and still waiting. Have phoned and left messages on answer phone several times and still no response.Have sent e mails and still nothing. Have requested a refund and would never buy from them again

Ordered on 1st January. Still nothing 34 days later. Over a month with no communication unless prompted is unacceptable. Judging by the plethora of recent reviews I am one of many customers left high and dry. My order was over £100 and needed for work so I had to source elsewhere. Customers are generally very understanding in the midst of pandemics and Brexits. Things get delayed and stock supplies can be patchy. But the one thing customers hate is being ignored and GreatArt have done themselves no favours in copy and pasting generic answers both here and on their social media. In mid January I was assured my order was on its way. It obviously wasn’t and there is still no communication and no update. It is not my job to spend time emailing and trying to get through on the phone. It is GreatArt’s job to be on the case contacting their customers. I have been a customer for many years but this has put me off ever ordering online from them again and I hope is a warning to anyone considering placing an order. Order No. G3150711

Waste of time AVOID! 1. Order took 1 month to arrive. There was no contact regarding a delay initially. I had to keep phoning up and get updates. 2. Most of my order was missing. After waiting 1 month, most of it wasn't included in delivery. Turns out it wasn't in stock. NO ONE had told me this over the last month, otherwise I would of ordered else where instead of waiting all this time. I feel really let down by lack of comms.

We ordered weeks ago and it's still not received. They're not answering emails or phone. From the fact that they're not communicating and there are so many others experiencing the same problem, they either come clean as to what the issue is or it feels very much like we've been scammed. The project these items were for is at risk of being ruined by this issue.

Ordered & paid for goods at the beginning of January. Received acknowledgement saying goods were on the way. After 10 days I wrote & had same response. I then wrote to cancel but told I couldn't as the items had been dispatched. I waited several days wrote again & was given DHL tracking number along with the promise it would be delivered "at the end of the week". The tracking number didn't work and after waiting until Tuesday the following week (with the tracking number still not working) I asked for & received refund via PayPal. Still no explanation as to what happened from Great Art.

Still no sign of my delivery. Ordered 1/1/2021. It is now 2/2/2021. Keep being told it will be with me by a certain date at the latest and that date keeps changing. Can't even track it. Been told I cannot have a refund because DHL has it. Do they? You say you have spoke to them twice and you promised me dates by which I should receive it. They've been and gone. I want my money back. I have used you in the past but I won't be ever again. Please refund me my money back.

Really not the best experience. Waiting over 2 weeks for an order they said would be delivered within 5-8 days. Customer service on answer phone and no response to email. Contacted PayPal resolution centre and received an immediate response from GreatArt and offer of refund. Suffice to say I accepted.

Extremly dissapointed with the service! I placed an order for canvases for a value of 200£ on the 4th of January. (Order nr. G3158309) On the 15th of Janury I was asked by email if I still require the order and that it will take between 5-8 days to receive it. The money was taken from my account and now customer service are not replying to my email, neither the calls. If I wouldn't have been lied to on the 15th of January in regards to the delivery date, I would've cancelled the order as I have a deadline for an art comission. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERCVICE LACK OF COMMUNICATION NOT RECOMMENDING!!!!

I seem to be in the same position as many other customers, l placed an order on the 17th December which l still have not received. Initially l was told it had been delayed due to customs issues, l was then told that it had gone missing in the post. Last Monday l was told that l would receive a refund in 2-3 working days, l haven’t and l just can not get through to anyone now. I placed this order about three weeks before lockdown there should be no excuses.

I’m only on the third week of waiting for my order but find it very frustrating that you cannot leave a message on their answerphone. They say in replies to others that they are responding to e-mails within 48 hours - well NOT mine I can assure you. Will wait another couple of days then raise a complaint with PayPal. I just can’t be bothered any more and will find another business to order from

Placed my order on the 16th of dec... yes that is 47 days ago almost 7 weeks Still nothing has arrived. I have had no communication from them I have emailed and called. Was even told they would redo my order as the first one was apparently held up due to brexit and then the pandemic.. Was told the re order would be here within the 6-8 working days which is today for day 8 and I am not surprised that I have had no communication from DHL like I was told I would get and no sign of my delivery £130+ of materials 47 days ago is beyond a joke and you cannot put this solely down to DHL my initial parcel was through DPD Very disappointing and will not be ordering again. Also will be warning others of poor service. Added after reply: Order number G3116895 Rather than replying here how about answering the phone or replying to my email. I would appreciate that contact a lot more than getting a pre scripted reply here that you feel you must do more than actually contact your customers direct.

Terrible Service - I placed an order for over £100 over 2 weeks ago. I need the supplies to complete a commission , so I will now need to reorder these supplies somewhere else. Their tracking system doesn’t work and they don’t answer their telephone and mail box is full so can’t leave a message! I have now emailed them, but think will probably need to contact my credit company next! First time having to do this - very disappointed. I understand delays happen, but feel no contact or updates to customers is shocking! ( order no G3193515) * Update -I opened a dispute with PayPal ) and this resolved the matter. I received an email offering a refund and also saying they had tracked my order and would be delivered in 2 days and I received my order next day.

I have shopped with Great Art for years and always been happy with the service but there must some real problems there now. I have placed a large order with Great Art, the money has been taken and the goods have not arrived. If there are major problems with delivery the customers must be told. At the moment all I get is answerphone. Don't know where I am with this and I need the products ordered NOW.

Ordered two weeks ago and still have not received anything - Expensive products worth over £80. Noticed they had a massive issue with deliveries and they DO NOT EVEN NOTIFY THE CUSTOMERS! Please do tell your customers that you are experiencing delays before they get to order from your website and not let them just wait around in their homes, really a bad service and I don't even give bad reviews. Their London store is really amazing, so this was quite a disappointment. EDIT: The parcel arrived eventually after 3 weeks.

A month after ordering over £150 worth of materials I am STILL waiting. Customer Service say the parcel has been dispatched but still nothing. I will not be ordering from them again which is a shame as they have a great range of products.

Customer service lied to me. I ordered supplies over 20 days ago and haven't received them, so I called the business and was reassured that my package was shipped already and will be with me soon. A few more days pass and no parcel, but instead I have a refund in my email. The customer service clearly lied when I called.

I placed an order on 29th December and still have not received it. I have been in touch with customer services (via email) who assured me that my order was on it's way, but they provided me with a tracking link that does not work. Now they are not replying to emails, and the customer service helpline is unavailable and the answering machine is full so I am unable to leave a name and number as the pre-recorded message requests. I have been waiting almost a month (delivery was stated as 5-8 working days) and am beginning to lose faith that my parcel will arrive at all. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered a single chrome pen on the 13th, asked for a refund/cancellation of the order on the 20th since nothing got dispatched, got an answer on the 21st telling me that they can't cancel because they dispatched it allegedly that day - today is the 24th, and tracking is still not available. Will open a case with Paypal - it's not much money, but just out of principle i'll go after it.
