I was given great service from the site manager. He was knowledgeable, thorough, answered all my questions and was very professional. I am impressed with the quality of the site as well and am relieved I’ve found such a great facility for storing household goods.

Absolutely terrible. I have had storage units for 20 years. Never had an experience as bad as this. So many errors.

Nick is very customer oriented! Going through a difficult situation, he was caring, empathetic and worked with me on finding a storage unit to fit my needs asap. You can tell he cares about his job and his customers with the detail he comes to the table with. Definitely recommend storing your items there, as the Customer Service is a huge sale in itself!

A perfect move-in experience I had a fantastic experience moving into my storage space because Dalton made the experience clear and easy--but was also friendly and very helpful the whole time. Five stars for sure! Will happily use Life Storage for future moves.
