The lady that helped me out named India she's the manager she has a good crazy (lol) outgoing good personality she made me feel close to home when I went to go get me a storage I had actually pulled up to the wrong storage and she was doing her rounds and I stopped her and asked her where was the other storage but I was so tired and then I was just like ma'am do you have any other storage units available here and she said yes ma'am we do why don't you come in and let me see what I can help you with I came in and I actually saved way more than I was going to on the storage that I had reserved she walked me down she talked to me she read every single thing by the books so I give her a plus plus plus plus plus plus baby I would recommend anyone to go there to Life storage.

Very easy process from start to finish. The facility is new, clean and easy to navigate. Michelle at the front desk is knowledgeable and polite. Overall great experience.

I love the Life Storage facility at Newtown PA! Nice ability to pull your car inside so you can load/unload no matter the weather. The facility is clean and the office staff are really helpful should you have any questions. My only negative point is that the space I received by registering online had a pipe conduit cutting through the space from floor to ceiling, which scuttled my plans for shelving units in the space. The office was happy to move me to another space, but they accomplished that by cancelling my first contract and creating a second one. This had the unfortunate effect of losing my one-month-free-rental benefit that I had received from registering on the web. Bummer! Overall, however, it was a positive experience. Just be careful not to make too many plans in advance if you definitely need the one-month-free-rental benefit because of your budget. It is best to be flexible and defer your planning until you see what your actual storage locker is like.

I have never used a storage unit before. I needed a secure climate controlled space to store my household goods and some of my furniture before putting my house on the market. Tammy (the manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable about her facility and services. She took the time to explain Life Storage and showed me around the premises and available units. It's secure, monitored, clean, and I especially like the inside access out of the weather. I would strongly recommend Tammy and this facility if you are looking for self storage.

The first spot I chose looked great. I asked for it. I later saw a spot that was better for my needs. No problem, Tammy updated the file and I was able to move immediately. Always friendly and welcoming. Storage is storage for the most part, it is the people that make the DIFFERENCE.

EASE OF USE, SECURITY, AND PRICE

I and my family have had a storage unit at the Pullman Ave, Costa Mesa since before this was Life Storage. In the past 2 years, I have been afraid to even go into the storage unit because of the number of homeless people hanging out there. I don’t feel safe by myself. I was recently in a terrible accident and I forgot to pay my fees by February 10th. I called today to ask for a waiver of the late fees due to my circumstances and was told “No.” I’ve never been late with my fees in over 10 years of renting here. I feel disgusted by their customer service, not to mention the safety issues.

Front desk staff was very helpful, (Mike), took the time to show the property, storage, pricing, how to get in & out of the unit, and most important very clean. Love the music as I enter the building.

EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They exceeded expectations! The manager and employee were understanding and quite considerate during a very difficult time for me. The manager assisted me in finding the right space on a rush basis that I needed asap.

The manager (Jessica I think), was awesome! I have been to a few of the storage places in the area over many years and this experience has been the BEST! Reasonably priced too. I will definitely use this facility in the future.
