I have used Goway as a travel agent several times for my groups and always have a terrific experience both during the planning stage and then the travel phase. This was no exception. There were 4 of us travelling together. There were 4 parts to our tour of Cambodia and Vietnam - pre-cruise days in Siem Reap, a 7 night Mekong River cruise with Pandaw, then 3 nights in Saigon ending with 4 nights in on the Island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. My Goway contact was Cedric Wai and he was such a joy to work with. He answered every question quickly and professionally. He was on top of every aspect of the trip and was able to accommodate every request I made, even helping me with a problem while I was in Cambodia and he was on holidays! All of the accommodations were top notch and the guides were excellent, remembering that English is not strong in that part of the world, and that it might be their third or fourth language. They all shared their unique and personal stories with us, which at times were quite emotional (ie the Khmer Rouge regime). Thank you Cedric for the most amazing experience!

A group of 12 of us just returned home from India, doing the Golden Triangle and the trip was fabulous. I dealt with Christine Ji at Goway and she was fabulous to work with. Everything went off without a hitch, we were picked up at the airport in Delhi late at night and then our adventure began. We were met by our guide who was with us for the full 2 weeks, Samar Pratap Singh and I would strongly suggest if you're ever going to India to request him. He was so knowledgeable about the whole country but beyond that, he just went above and beyond on this trip. He escorted some of the group up 900 steps to a temple at sunrise, holding the hand of an 82 year old woman on the group the whole way up. He invited us to his cousin's pre wedding party where we got to meet his family and all the brides relatives who welcomed us with open arms, fed us dinner and tried to teach us their dance moves. He couldn't do enough for us, working endlessly sometimes 12 hours a day, taking us to fabulous restaurants on his own time, making sure our orders for lunch and dinner were always correct by walking next to the waiter for every order. He constantly wanted to ensure that our group was happy and willing to do anything for us. Please, if you're ever traveling to India, request him as your guide. The hotels were always fabulous, the bus driver Mr Suresh was amazing, dodging bulls, camels, elephants and motorbikes for 2 full weeks and his assistant Mr Sachin was also top notch. This trip was definitely an experience of a lifetime for all of us! Thank you!

Recently we traveled to Thailand for 20 days. The entire trip went off without one hitch. An English speaking guide picked us up at every airport and escorted us to every prearranged tour, and then helped check us in to our next flight. Every guide attended to us personally and was very attentive, when one of us got sick. We would absolutely recommend travel with Goway, and hope to do so again in the near future.

Our trip itself was fabulous. All connections with our shuttles went seamlessly and the drivers were knowledgeable and did their best to make the drives between destinations interesting. Our difficulty was with the poor communication with our Goway agent before our trip. We were not advised we could lock in the price at time of booking until after the price had increased $1000. A hotel was changed without notice. When we asked about tours available, no response came in until after we’d booked on our own, and the agent seemed annoyed we hadn’t

Knowledgeable travel consultant created a great itinerary and provided great recommendations for our accommodations! We had an amazing time which included a private longboat tour and an elephant sanctuary. I highly recommend Goway Travel.

We as a group of 4 went to our local travel agent Dona with Direct Travel in Medicine Hat, AB to inquire about a trip to Thailand. We told her what we were wanting to see and do and a guideline as to what we wanted to spend. She went with it and contacted Goway Travel and dealt with Gautama Mundada. Between Dona and Gautama they came up with an excellent package for us. From all the tours we wanted, and some added, to private tours for just the 4 of us and stayed within our budget! The hotels they booked us were excellent, all having the best buffet breakfast ever to start our day! Our Guides and drivers we had were all top notch..a huge shout out to Jibby our first guide in Chiang Mai and to Ake in Bangkok. Ake went above and beyond our expectations, he is so knowledgeable about his country, we learned so much from him. Again he added some extras in our excursions we hadn’t expected and made our experience in Bangkok the most memorable ever! Would definitely recommend Ake for a guide in Thailand! Our whole experience from the booking of all this trip, the flights, hotels, guides, drivers and food was over the top excellent with no glitches at all!…Thank you Dona and Goway for making this the most memorable trip ever!..Would definitely use and recommend them again!

I worked with Goway via our local travel agent and the recommendations and reservations made were perfect for our trip. The whole experience was very well organized.

We traveled around Morocco for 12 days from Casablanca, Tanger, The Blue City, Rabat, Atlas Mountains and the Sahara desert! We rode camels to our overnight campsite with all meals included. GOWAY offered us a private tour with a driver for the entire trip and he was excellent! Tour guides were included appropriate for major destinations and all guides were excellent as well.

Stress free vacation! We travelled around Thailand for 3 weeks. The Destination Specialist I worked with really listened to what I was looking for and nailed it 100%. The itinerary was very detailed with times, locations, phone numbers, room type, what was included. When we had a flight delay, it was a simple phone call to reschedule our pickup time. All of the people we interacted with from Goway Travel, to the tour guides, drivers, places we stayed, we all very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job with the times of leaving one area and checking into another. I highly recommend their services and look forward to planning my next trip with Goway.

We booked a 6 day safari in Tanzania with a few extra days in Zanzibar using Goway travel. It was absolutely perfect. Everything was organized for us. The hotels, taxicabs and guides were excellent. The company Sense of Africa who are affiliated with Goway provided an outstanding safari. Our safari guide Andrew was experienced, attentive and made the trip fabulous. He was also extremely conscious of our safety. Request Andrew and you’ll experience the best safari possible. When contemplating a safari, make sure you book with a company with excellent reviews. Not all guides and vehicles are equal. A big shout out to Elizabeth from Sense of Africa who was always there to pick us up at hotels and airports. She was amazing and kept everything on track. We’re already contemplating our next safari!

The information they provided us, or lack of, has really been a hassle for us as we drive across the North Island of NZ. They booked us in a tour that was logistically impossible for us to take. Of course it was prepaid, so we lost our money. When we called them, they basically said there was nothing that they could do. Wrong answer they suck don't use them. Update: I received an email from Goway apologizing and said that the wouldn't email me. It's been 3 hours and I still don't have an email. This is after Goway (I choose to call the Go Away) representative said that they would call us back. They haven't. Bad customer service. Once again, find a different tour company to use. The itinerary that they provided to us is minimal. We are on our phones constantly looking up information needed to go on yours, pick up and return rental cars, your times, etc. Thank you. Our stay in Tongariro was delightful and we loved the lodge.
