United Kingdom | 26 April 2020A seamless convenient service which has saved us since our washing machine broke during the lockdown.

United Kingdom | 25 April 2020Unethical management, liquidating a company in order not to pay suppliers and then reopening under a similar name with the same management in place. Disgusting

United Kingdom | 24 April 2020I have used this service for a couple of years and it’s been a nonstop problem. The parent company rectifies it and then a couple deliveries later, more issues arise. The final straw for me was being way overcharged and having to fight again for a correction. For these reasons I highly recommend you find an alternative service. I’ve tried several times hoping incidents were one offs but eventually it has become too many ‘one offs’.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2020My washing machine broke down and lodgers suggested using your service as other services I had looked at were very expensive - she claimed it was £3 a kilo. We ordered the service which was collected Monday 20th It was not obvious to me that sheets and towels were going to be charged separately. What was originally 2 loads of laundry quoted at £20 turned into a £76. We then got an email saying an item had to be redone without saying what it was and there would be a delay. I was told to reschedule the laundry. If you havent downloaded the app and are unable to use a phone app there is no way to reschedule a delivery online despite being told to do so. I was told it would be delivered Weds 22 April 7-8pm. Nothing arrived. When i realised this I phoned as I requested the phone number in one of the exchanges. I was told they didnt deliver on Thursday so it would be sometime Friday. But they didnt know when. Then at 11pm I got an email saying it was coming Friday evening at 7pm. What concerns me now is that I really want it back Friday morning as this gives them a chance to say it still didnt get on the truck for delivery. I too asked for a reduction and was told it was in the terms and conditions that sheets and towels are not laundry and charged separately. Those Terms and Conditions need to be transparent and upfront and in the FAQ which they are not. Although I am still working I will attempt to call these people as after reading all of the reviews I a very concerned I am not going to get the clothes back. I will also consider going to Trading Standards and filing a formal complaint about this firm. Just to update they couriered the laundry to us Weds afternoon but on the Friday night 8pm my mobile rang and an item I forgot I included was delivered on a hanger when it could have simply been folded. Local laundromats who do service washes are now open and I'm supporting local business instead to help them survive. And yes for all the hassle they took £20 off but I still think charging separately for linens is too much and what I could do if my washing machine wasnt broke in 2 loads cost £56! And a local service wash is £10

United Kingdom | 20 April 2020I never do any transaction with this company and never use their service but they charged me 492 Pounds through my credit card. I raised a dispute and investigation via my bank / credit card provider but they claimed that Laundrapp confirmed the fake transaction as mine. I am not based in the UK FYI.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2020Laundrapp picks up, cleans and drops off all your laundry and dry cleaning. Very precise collection and drop off, never late or early, always in the agreed time slot. Never had any issue, clothes smell nice and are carefully packed. Very convenient, saves time and it’s cheaper than all the laundry services I’ve used before. You can use my code VIRGINIAV and get 25% off your first order, too.

Lola
United Kingdom | 16 April 2020TERRIBLE service, the outcome was the two overcoats were returned still dirty and still smelling of deodorant. Customer service ignored complaint, will NEVER use again or recommend

United Kingdom | 13 April 2020Unacceptable. Clothes were taken on 25th March to be returned on 27th it is now the 13th of April and after many attempts my clothes have still not returned from this failure of a company. The staff is incompetent unaware and frankly have not even given me a satisfying answer. I will be filing for theft as after so many multi attempts I haven’t received any of my clothes. And now I have been told by the company my laundry hasn’t been washed.

United Kingdom | 13 April 2020The app is super easy to use, delivery and pick up slots are always respected and the staff is lovely. Can't complain about anything 😊

Gabriele
United Kingdom | 13 April 2020Terrible user experience with multiple attempts to try and get one single order through, including the order being rejected because prices somehow increased in the minute it took to add items to the basket. Address you input won't work at the absolute last step and it will ask you (every single time obviously) to select the exact same address but from a radio button further down the dialog instead. Annoying pop up asks to add calendar permission even if you have already done it, and stops you from clicking the submit button in the process. If you have a stale card on account and add a working PayPal account it still gives you error at the absolute last step. Zipjet had much better user experience, hopefully you didn't fire the UX guy from there during the acquisition?

United Kingdom | 11 April 2020Good service, also during lockdown!

Abdullah
United Kingdom | 10 April 2020I’ve been a zipjet customer for years until they got acquired by this horrible entity last month. My laundry was picked up around 23 of March and I still have not gotten it back. A series of lies and false promises of delivery from the customer service, which I may add is shut down completely now! I’ve never had worst business interaction in my whole life. Avoid like the plague!!!

United Kingdom | 10 April 2020Really easy to use, straightforward, good service

United Kingdom | 10 April 2020Great user experience. I hadn’t logged in for a while and it seamlessly verified my mobile, email and payment details.

Matteo Massaini
United Kingdom | 10 April 2020Don’t use it if you planning to send anything expensive to wash, their policy is that over £300 item there is no refund if lost or damaged. Also not very reliable as a service my experience was very disappointing. The service received from them as a company it’s not the greatest. They lost my stuff in first place, then - luckily- relocated it after 4 days. They then re-allocated my delivery without confirming with me, which arrived in a very inopportune time frame - even though I did change the slot myself on the app. On top of that they charged me the full amount and didn’t offer me a discount or voucher for the future for the inconvenience caused, nor a piece of apology. I mean they clearly not very interested to keep their clients around.

United Kingdom | 07 April 2020Fantastic Service. Even with all the issues with COVID-19, these guys have been exceptional in communication and delivery of my items, back in great quality. They are also supporting our amazing NHS workers, so good on you. Keep up the great work, will certainly be using you guys again soon.

United Kingdom | 07 April 2020CANCELLED PICK UPS AND DELIVERIES / MISSING ITEMS / OVERCHARGING - AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could review it 0 stars I would. Seriously RETHINK using this service. I have been using Laundrapp for around 3 months now and with 7 orders in total. Service to start with was good. The company has recently been purchased and it's all gone down hill. 1) Like so many others, cancelled and delayed delivery times. How can you plan your day or week around this? It's meant to be a service of convenience now it has turned into something that cannot be relied on and you spend time rearranging delivery, waiting at home unnecessarily. Then no explanation, no reason you get a txt, to tell you to check your email which says the exact same thing as the txt? 2) Overcharging, if you're still keen to try this app. Weigh your items before and after delivery. They have the cheek to constantly over charge you by "adding bags" on. 3) Missing items, it happens but with the other issues, it's simply not worth it. EDIT: Also, take a scroll through TrustPilot, they seem to be flagging all negative comments as "Competitor Spam". Let that be the biggest sign that this company is awful and trying to cover up their own issues. Also the amount of fake reviews they are posting themselves. Scroll down to "Richard Cooper". Someone felt compelled to write 2 reviews in a couple of months both with 5 stars? There are a number of examples of this if you scroll through and look. Try other services, there are loads about.

United Kingdom | 05 April 2020Not completed my first order yet, but the app seems good

United Kingdom | 05 April 2020I have been using the LaundrApp service now for 6months and its the best I have used, you pay a little premium but I am never disappointed.

United Kingdom | 04 April 2020Amazing service, always punctual and efficient
