The collection and delivery are always in the time period requested, the items are really well cleaned and pressed, and delivered wrapped on individual hangers.

Atrocious service. My items were lost somewhere, they promised to deliver 2 times, but still nothing. The are unable to keep their own words. I will go to report the items as stolen and will chargeback the money I paid to them. They are disorganised and don't know what they do. Will NEVER use this company again.

I was promised compensation for £1605 for lost items in January (items were lost in November!) and it's now March and they still haven't provided compensation. Following excuses with my clothes they are now giving me excuses with errors in their payments department. This is a ridiculously run company!

Really poor. Was ok the first few times then they damaged my clothes. No reply to my initial attempts to contact them about the damage, and when they finally did they acted as if I had made it up. Will never use again.

Appalling lack of care towards customers when they list their whole delivery for 2nd time in a matter of weeks. They don’t give the impression of bothering to find the lost items at all. There doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge and no systems. The representatives promise to follow up but that doesn’t happen,

Use them on a regular basis. We’re lucky enough to have 14 security so we drop the bag off with them and magically pickup clean sheets a couple of days later. The couple of times there have been issues one was sorted by the delivery driver and the second by a email to support. Both very quick

More convenient and cheaper than the dry cleaners I was using. Update: my first collection was cancelled due to their driver being delayed for the whole day (mine was scheduled 8am-9am). So far, the concept is great but it hasn't worked.

I have been using the Laundrapp service off and on for about 4 years now (25 orders in total) and in general the service has been fine but seems to have gone downhill for some time now. Some things to look out for: - if you do not itemise your order in the App then the algorithm does not automatically calculate the cheapest price or bundle. I have had to email support and get them to correct the price multiple times. - if Laundrapp loses items they do not make you aware or acknowledge it unless you point this out yourself. - Whilst the level of compensation they offer is in line with industry guidelines this really doesn't make any allowance for the inconvenience of having to replace your item or any additional costs (i.e. I buy shirts from CT and then get them tailored to fit me properly - Fat Neck, Short Arms) To sum up the issues that I have had this was what happened with my last order: Sent out 5 x Suits and 27 shirts. On the day of delivery this was changed in the app to 5 x Suits and 25 shirts. When I got the delivery I got back 5 x suits and 23 shirts. No other notifications and I had email them to tell them they had lost 4 shirts. *update* got 3 of the 4 back - but realised that 1 of the previous 23 returned to me...was not mine. So, still 2 missing...2 weeks after my original order. This was my last email to Laundrapp Support (redacted to remove names): Hi xxxxx, Thank you for your email and happy to receive the delivery tonight. In regards to the compensation tbh I do not have a receipt as I don't know exactly which shirt is missing as yet. And seeing as Laundrapp applies a wear and tear reduction combined with making an allowance for age any compensation that you offer would be minimal (assuming shirt is 2 years old and 33% per year depreciation).  If you review the conversations that I have had with customer support over the last year or so you will note that I have had numerous issues with the Laundrapp service including incorrect calculation of the cost of my laundry multiple times, to being given £2.50 in compensation for a stain on my shirt that cannot be removed (even though I have had it recleaned - ironically by Laundrapp for which I was charged again), the loss of a suit jacket, and now the loss of 4 shirts (though noting 3 have now been found).  In noting that 3 of the missing shirts have been found, I would note that if it had not been for me checking my laundry when I got it back Laundrapp would not have notified me of the loss and it has now taken two weeks to find them. I did plan on stopping using Laundrapp prior to this last clean but was seduced by the 20% discount that I had earned so wanted to use that up. Based on all of the above, I will no longer be using the Laundrapp service.  Regards xxxxx

The clothes sometimes come back not that well pressed and often the delivery times get rescheduled. Not great given that there is a premium for this service.

On more than one occasion an item has been delayed or missing. Making matters worse is customer service. They’re polite and thoughtful but not timely at all. “Live Chat” is never live and they obscure any way of getting in touch with a human quickly. It is a premium price to pay for a bad service.

Big plus: Were very understanding when my delivery got held up due to a late payment from my side. The chat reply was instant and very kind. I was not charged a late fee. Also they’re laundry bag I received after my first order with my clean laundry in, is of good quality. Every item was neatly folded and very clean. Big minus: Only downside, unfortunately one item that wasn’t included in my laundry order got charged extra. I had a discount which would have charged me in total 10£ but the bed sheet that slipped in between my laundry was charged extra for 9.50£! I would have appreciated if I would have been notified about that charge prior. Also I would have preferred to be given the choice in advance if I want to get that extra item cleaned for that big extra charge. Overall it is a very satisfying laundry app in my eyes.
