Laundrapp has been very helpful in getting our laundry done! The only thing is that sometimes they let us request a pick up / drop off time, and they don't adhere to it at all.

I’ve always been happy with the friendly service. I’ve shared the app with my friends and colleagues in the confidence that they won’t be let down. If in the instance that your goods aren’t ready for delivery (the very thick feather duvet hasn’t quite dried yet), they’ll let you know and rearrange a drop off date with you. It’s easy, convenient and best of all, I’ve always been happy with the service. Thank you to the lovely driver who always goes out of his way.

Wow...read a few of the reviews just now, and at least I can say they haven’t lost anything of ours yet! We’ve been using Laundrapp for 2 years on and off when we’ve had issues with our wash machine, and out of the 5-6 times we’ve used the service, we were only satisfied with the first order. Clothes were cleaned and folded properly, smelled nice, picked up and delivered on time. Since then, our deliveries have been messed up, clothes have come back looking dingy, thrown in the bag with a weird smell. Our latest delivery only had a few garments in it, the rest was missing...took hours to sort out (until 23:00)...and the customer care was appalling. Every time they make a mistake, they offer money off the next order, but you have to use them again to get the discount!! If there were any other pick up/drop off options in our area we would most certainly use it over Laundrapp.

Great service

I have been using this company for a couple of months. The quality of washing has deteriorated with the last wash having shirts returned unwashed with dirty cuffs. Other items not folded properly. Often late for collections and delivery. Finally in the last wash, they lost a pair od AG brand chinos, spent a month trying to locate them and never did. The chinos are almost new and cost $250, they offered £70 in compensation. I will not use this company again and definitely advise people to find an alternative REPLY TO LAUNDRAPP. As I explained they were a present and part of a shopping event. There is no longer one receipt and the credit card payment is for a larger amount of money. YOU LOST THE TROUSERS AND NOW DO NOT WANT TO PAY WHAT YOU SHOULD

Easy and good.

The app, pick up and delivery great and previously my duvets pillows wash was great but this time disappointed with the tablecloths. They weren’t brilliantly cleaned or ironed.
