Ramon turned up exactly on time. He was helpful, positive, professional and a credit to the company. I am thinking of replacing the Saniflo Compact in the near future and when I do, Ramon will be the man I want to fit it.

I have had 3 dealings with Pumpmaster now, for various issues, and in every case the people I have dealt with have been responsive, prompt, and provided a great service and communication.

Darren called ahead and arrived within the time slot and delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. My downstairs saniflow died 3 days before a disabled relative was due to visit. Pumpmaster told me the earliest date they could perform a repair was the following Monday, however they rearranged schedules and made sure a repair engineer could be with me the next day. Their engineer, Mark Harris was expert, professional and went above and beyond in fitting, adapting and resolving all issues, he also took the time to explain each part of the replacement and the reasons for it. A positive experience from Pumpmaster and especially their engineer Mark Harris.

All staff spoken to in the office were really helpful and did exactly what they said they would do. Result: early morning visit next day from most pleasant and efficient engineer Ramon. Old Saniflo replaced within an hour and all working smoothly. Great to receive such efficient help and service when faced with a sudden serious problem! Totally satisfied - so reassuring to know such a reliable company is out there in case of emergencies.

Saniflo problem and there are few things worse than dysfunctional toilets! I contacted Pumpmaster mid afternoon and had an engineer arrive at 9.30 am next morning. He not only diagnosed and sorted the problem, but did so with astonishing speed and efficiency, adding useful advice about better maintenance and ways I could achieve this, all in a cheerful and engaging manner. Very quick and helpful service

Super service, Ryan came within an hour of me phoning PumpMaster. My faulty (old) unit was replaced in less than two hours. All in all a super service from PumpMaster and Ryan the engineer. Doug Barton, Wokingham.

Ryan attended our site today, to free a blocked macerator, not the most pleasant of jobs! Ryan was polite, well presented, had excellent customer service skills and completed the job with a smile on his face, he deserves recognition for his professionalism and competence over such a difficult task. Darren H arrived on time having already phoned to let us know when he would arrive. Explained our Saniflo was old and as we were thinking of maybe connecting to the mains suggested we leave it as it is but if we need a product in future talked us through our options.

All good! The engineer came on time and serviced our Saniflow. He was friendly and professional and therefore we will look to use Pumpmaster again for the annual service next year.

Top class service. Spoke to an advisor yesterday, an engineer visited today. I was hopeful of a repair rather than a complete replacement and Noel did his very best to make that happen. He explained the process and operation of the macerator and what items needed to be replaced. He is a great advert for PumpMaster. The macerator is working rerally well now. We had an engineer by the name of Mark Harris (not Mark Burrows !!) arrive at our house on Friday 13th May and was an absolute credit to his company. I do not usually write such reviews , but was so impressed with the standard of service and Marks approach to his job that I felt compelled to do so...Great Job...

Awesome!!! Had a brand new Sanislim to replace our 13/14 year old Sanislim in the ensuite. Wasn’t working after being refitted with my regular plumber. Pumpmaster sent out their local Saniflo engineer within 24hrs. The chap, Mark is such a gem. He is so knowledgeable and identified the foot switch issue instantly. Was under warranty as it was a factory issue. Now running perfectly, whirring like a dream in only a few minutes. So polite, professional and honestly such a nice guy. Highly recommend Mark Burrows and PumpMaster (call centre staff are wonderfully nice too) it’s been such a perfect job. Thanks all!
