Came next day - call out price was inclusive of fitting a new unit after motor failed in ten year old unit and could not be fixed (100% true as I was there and have technical knowledge to make this claim). Darren the engineer was the nicest and most helpful person I have dealt with in a long time. Nothing too much trouble and back up and running in less than 24 hours from initial call to company. Absolutely fantasic. I received a lot of useful tips for maintenance too. I don't really write reviews but I had to this time. Thanks to all involved.

He wore a mask and gloves which is good in a covid time. He completed the work and explained clearly what he had done. Then I just rang in to pay by card. All very easy. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 12 January 2022Lazy, sloppy. I arranged for this company to repair a macerator in our attic. The repair man lost all interest when even before he examined the kit I refused to buy a new macerator at £751. He then did repair the old one but after removing the toilet he only put an old screw head back in one of the two holes. He knew what he had done as he tried to cover the screw with a plastic cap. The next person to sit on the toilet could have fallen over. I contacted this company to complain that this was a deliberate act only to be told that their workers do not have to secure toilets after having removed them. Dangerous (as we are retired), lazy and sloppy workmanship.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2021We have a macerator system in our guest bedroom which failed to operate just two days before our next guest was due to arrive. A call to pumpmaster and an Engineer was arranged for the next day. The Engineer duly arrived mid morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, effected the repair and even suggested an improvement to the pipe layout. This sort of service is very rare nowadays. The experienced Engineer quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem and effected the cure.

United Kingdom | 06 August 2021Mark has looked after the Saniflo in my Grade 11 Listed cottage. It is the only WC system so I sometimes felt vulnerable but never let down by Pumpmaster. Sold cottage now thus no Saniflo in my world.

United Kingdom | 05 August 2021I had a faulty Saniflo Plus and contacted Pumpmaster, as the approved repair agents for my area, to arrange a service. They booked a provisional visit, (Monday week) but asked for photographs. Once they received these they claimed that access was too restricted and that their engineer wouldn't be able to get his "machinery" into the loft space. I had to cancelled the appointment. I contacted a different Saniflo service engineer and he happened to be in the area. He arrived a couple of hours later and fixed the problem after about a further hour. He had no problem accessing the unit and the only "machinery" he needed was an industrial wet vac with a sufficiently long hose to reach from outside the loft to the unit. I feel let down by Pumpmaster as never actually attended my house and made a decision based on photographs. How did they think the unit was installed in the first place?

United Kingdom | 23 July 2021Today I was visited by your engineer for a service of my SaniCOMPACT. This is the second element of work I have requested from PumpMaster over the last few years. His honest assessment and explanation was refreshing. He recommended the service risked more harm to the unit due to its age and, given it remained in a serviceable condition, should have routine maintenance only until it reaches end of life. I continue to be impressed by PumpMaster’s customer service and have no doubt, when the time comes to replace my unit, I will seek your services again.

I asked him several questions to understand what was going on and these were answered in a simple way (I know nothing about the Saniflo systems). He did an excellent job and advised what to tell the plumber when he called (part of the problem was nothing to do with saniflo) I am really really impressed

United Kingdom | 09 April 2021For the last few years, Pumpmaster has serviced two Saniflo units in a flat that we let to tenants. The most recent service was this week. As usual, it was very easy to arrange an appointment, which took place within a few days of my phone call. The service was efficient and thorough. Pumpmaster staff are a delight to deal with and respond very quickly and helpfully to questions. Occasionally, our tenants have sent items through the Saniflo units that should not have been disposed of in this way, causing a unit to break down. Pumpmaster has always responded quickly to requests for emergency support, and much more quickly than many local plumbers, who have not always been able to fix the problem. Pumpmaster are definitely my 'go to' people for any problems with Saniflo units.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2021Absolutely blown away by what can only be described as honest, knowledgable and utterly professional customer service. After suffering all week with a horror show (made worse by another company) with our saniplus, we were immediately put at ease by Alice who sent the engineer called Darren who talked my wife through everything he did in an easy to understand/non patronising way. Unfortunately we required a follow up visit which was dealt with almost immediately and this time the engineer was called Mark. They wasted no time in stripping everything down, checking every step of the process to find the issue - ultimately being a combination of things, but again nothing seemed like too much trouble, the advice was excellent and even though we’re not sure the problem is completely solved - we trust the guidance and cannot fault the world class service received so far. Am so very thankful to the team who during a difficult time have made sure we are looked after and will not hesitate to call them should the need arise in future. Cannot stress this enough - do not even trouble your mind for one moment - call Pumpmaster and they will take care of of you completely transparently and no rip off merchants here at all.

United Kingdom | 26 November 2020Called out to fix a saniflo but left the property saying we needed a plumber to remove the toilet bowl before they could fix it - surprising for two reasons, firstly the same job has been done many times previously without the need for that work and secondly, I thought they were plumbers! They charged me over £100 for the visit. I paid for another plumber to remove the toilet bowl so they could clean out the saniflo. However, yet again, they left the property without doing the work and to top it off sent me a bill for another £80! Not sure whether I’m more disappointed with the waste of time (this process has taken 6 weeks) or the money.
