I was having some issues connecting to the internet via a VPN so called customer services and spoke to Sarah. She was really helpful and identified an issue with the VPN and suggested connecting to the router, she even got an engineer to drop by with a cable as I didn't have one. This fixed my connection issues so cheers Sarah for going the extra mile. You're a star!

Customer service was fantastic from Brady and Sarah at Internetty, who both went out of the way to help and resolve all the issues I was having from the start of January to the end of January, where I am now completely set up as a new customer. These guys really care about their customers and get a big thank you from me, they were constantly in touch by phone and email daily until I was connected and I would highly recommend them. Internetty were only let down by OFNL contractors which was out of there control and Brady is on the war path demanding answers from this. Very customer orientated.

I've recently moved from one OFNL ISP to InternetTY and have so far been impressed with their support. The initial connection happened exactly as planned, i.e. my current provider ceased service at midnight on the switchover day and, shortly afterwards, Internetty activated with barely any break in service (~30-45 minutes) The only negative I would have is that by default they employ Carrier Grade NAT (CG-NAT). This won't matter for many, perhaps even most, people but if you run a service/need to allow remote connections on your home network or rely on long lived connections (e.g. you use SSH to connect to remote servers) then it may cause issues. The use of CG-NAT is noted in the Terms and Conditions but isn't necessarily obvious. It also wasn't something I had experienced previously so I wasn't aware of the potential for issues or that it was something to watch out for. That being said, I have not deducted any stars for this as their static IP option solves this issue and is reasonably priced. Once I realised I had an issue I raised a support ticket and within a few hours "Brady W" had been in touch and switched me to a static IP. Everything has been perfect since then!

Absolutely fantastic service and team! I found out about internetTY by chance having Googled them after seeing their vans and peaking my curiosity. I've been fortunate to have had a great experience with members of the team including, Sam online web chat, James our installer and Sarah on the phone, all of which were a pleasure to talk to. Down to earth, professional and helpful. I am fortunate enough that I have a basic understanding of the technical side of things but I imagine someone who isn't that tech minded couldn't could not be in better hands, everything throughout the process has been explained clearly and thoughtfully and the service itself has been a night and day day improvement over my previous BT broadband. I'm a heavy internet user and my speeds have increased from my BT broadband speed of 50-70mbps download to internetTY 330-450 Mbps typical. I appreciate they are a small team and as such not everyone will have the fortune of being able to call themselves a customer but should InternetTY move into your area I would highly recommend you making that phone call if you've ever had to deal with BT, Talk Talk and the like, endlessly going around in circles on tech support and customer services calls. P.S I'm not being paid for this review I just wanted to show my support and thanks to the individuals I've had the pleasure of talking with. Thanks again!

Blaine arrived on time to see me and my neighbour. We were both experiencing WiFi stopping out causing costly mobile bills. Both of us have an international nature to our businesses. We have extra equipment to trial for 14 days

Had a drop in connection tonight and within 15 minutes if phoning had an engineer at my door to fix the problem (8:45pm). Ben was here for a few minutes and the problem was solved. He went above and beyond to make sure that my connection was running 100% throughout the house. Top customer service and the internet is working better than ever

Brady answered the phone when I called on Tuesday night, I was having trouble setting up my router, he was very knowledgeable and guided me however given my lack of knowledge in this field he was able to organise an appointment with an engineer for Thursday but luckily the engineer was in my area and was able to attend and set up the Internet connection for me. Brady opened a ticket and was able to get the ball rolling and contact the necessary departments.

Although InternetTY had excellent rating on Trustpilot and Google, I was skeptical if I was taking the right decision (you know how it is!!). But placed the order with my 🤞 (no choice - I was done with my previous provider). The router arrived on time. Brady (extra 5 ⭐️ !!) sorted the connection out for me. He helped me speak to my previous provider 🤫!!, and got me on InternetTY network as quickly as possible. He was not only helpful but had lot of patience. He did not disconnect till he was sure I had connection 🫡 . Oh yes and quick response too 🫰. He even knows its me when I call InternetTY (not sure if that's good or bad but I will take it as good - 😛 😆 !!!) Overall amazing service. I just hope this remains for the next 24 months. Thank you InternetTY and special thanks to Brady.

The whole installation was very efficient with no trouble. Good comms and helpful crew. So far I am very pleased and cannot envisage any serious problems, All in all a massive improvement on BT in every way

I've lived on an OFNL estate for over a couple of years and this is the third provider i've migrated too. I was a little aprehensive as InternetTY only recently appeared as an ISP on the OFNL network. I would never consider migrating to an ISP that has bad reviews so luckily this wasn't an issue Internetty. I was moving from one OFNL service provider to another so probably simpler than most. The migration took place at exactly midnight and after a downtime of about 15 minutes I was able to reconnect my router to Internetty using the new credentials they provided. Very smooth indeed. Internetty took care of notifying my existing provider so I didn't need to. They are also very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. This was the smoothest migration experience I've ever had and to be honest with you I wan't expecting it to go so well. I would also like to mention that in my location, since switching to Internetty, my latency tested by pinging a number of popular sites have almost halved. I did a number of ping tests before and after the switchover and found a great improvement which was also a concern of mine. It's very early days but so far its been a great experience and long may it continue.

The internet was unfortunately down and I went online to see what was going on. Luckily for me Toni responded to my queries quickly and effectively. Also had good banter back and forth! I would highly recommend this lady gets a pay rise or bonus for the outstanding service she provided!!

Let me say, Thank You to your install team which installed my full fibre connection! We had a very small hick-up with a small fibre break overhead but the team quickly spliced us onto a different fibre and enabled us to get online and made sure that our connection was stable! There was no mess left and the team made sure to clean up after themselves! Once again, Thank YOU for your amazing team and services and I will make sure to recommend you to people that are looking to change broadband providers!
