Presenter had experience and background on topic. She was attentive to audience during presentation. Both my kids are Gen Z--19 and 23, so I could identify with her examples and listed characteristics. I can now relate those to my patients in that age group.

Continued has been such a gem. I have been able to catch up on CEUs in a very affordable way. I’ve enjoyed using the audio feature so I can work on getting my CEUs while driving or folding laundry. The webinar topics are very interesting.

I have just started with the program so I am still forming an opinion. So far it has been okay though. I wish there were more courses on other races besides "people of color" for example working in an Asian, Mandarin-speaking evironment as a non-Asian person.

The material for the trainings is easy to access and useful for supplementing the information provided by the presenter. The format and pace is appropriate for continued education settings- the presenters make the most of the time given.
