Excellent information and appropriate for my educational needs.

I appreciate having a relatively easy and cost effective tool to do my ceus. Most of the courses are of very good quality, although because most are one hour long, they tend to be broad introductions without much depth. One has to choose carefully to find courses applicable to to clinical social work in private practice. It is really great to have options on how to access the material. I do not find the site easy to navigate--a lot of dead ends, the customer service is excellent.

Excellent training.

The self learning education is superior with great instructors. My only wish is that there were more webinars, particularly that NYS accepts. Other then that I have been really pleased about my learning experience here. I find the courses diverse, they are all covered in depth, the the discussions are well rounded and cover just about any questions I might have. I am very glad that I discovered you!

I thoroughly enjoyed going through the training modules. As a retired professional coupled with the covid epidemic, it would have been very difficult to meet the educational requirements for license renewal. However the layout of the training sessions were well structured and interesting. I felt refreshed after completing each chosen area. I look forward to continuing my journey with this service. I hope that in the future the modules offered will continue to be accepted for future re-licensure, as not everyone (including myself) can be in a position to attend in-person trainings consistently, due to age and/or inability to access offered trainings due to distance, finances. etc.

Overall easy to Operate

I truly appreciate the flexibility in the format delivery of the lectures! The speakers are knowledgeable and engaging. There is a wide array of interesting topics to choose from.

Very informative information about a variety of topics, well presented and will benefit me in my working with individuals.

Overall my experience with Continued Social Work has been pretty positive. The browser windows for the presentations are smaller than I would prefer but in general everything works just fine. Once in a while a presenter will speak in a monotone voice and sound uninterested but this is a rarity.
