The customer service is second to none. I ordered a chain for my son which was out of stock. John Ross jewellers offered a more expensive chain at the same price or to order the original chain ordered. I chose to get the original chain. They ordered it and had it delivered super fast, much quicker that the time other retailers fulfill orders of instock items. Not only that but they gift wrapped the chain beautifully and also sent a lovely handwritten card along with a complimentary gift. Where would you get this level of customer service and goodwill? Certainly not in any other store I've shopped in. Finally the chain is beautifully made with fantastic weight to it. If I were to guess the price of it i would definitely guess at least twice the amount I paid for it. It doesn't get any better. Thank you John Ross Jewellers

Great customer service Lovely earrings

Good website that displayed a great selection of jewellery. I wanted a pair of earrings that were of good quality, without costing a fortune. I settled on a pair titled 'Rainfall' which met my expectations very well. Delivery was incredibly prompt, with the usual beautiful wrapping , which is a customary part of their service. The only minus was that I wanted to tap into their expertise, to assure myself that they would be a good match for a pendant I had purchased from them earlier. Either the chat panel was faulty or else they were too busy, but, in the past, I have found their advice to be really helpful. It would have made me feel more confident, with the earrings, if I could have had their opinion. Good quality products, at a reasonable price, with excellent delivery and packaging , are a hallmark of John Ross.

Great service, had purchased online delivered the next day, when it arrived I decided I wanted a slightly different necklace so I messaged and it was no problem sent back and the new one came the next day, very helpful. Hand written thank you card with receipt is also a lovely gesture x
