Wonderful service, staff are very nice to deal with and accommodating. The bracelet I ordered (christening bracelet) came in beautiful packaging with a lovely christening card to give to the recipients and also a lovely separate card thanking me for my purchase! Would highly recommend, I received my order the next day!

Went to John Ross looking for an engagement ring that was a little different you could say. Tried many other stores in town but had no luck. I dealt with Sandrene who was fantastic right from the start. She listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me a great range. Still undecided with my choice I was told there was one more she would like to show me. Sandrene returned within a couple of minutes with an absolute gem. One glance and my mind was made up.
