I was absolutely delighted with the level of service that I received from the team at John Ross Jewellers. I ordered a bracelet that my Mom was planning to buy me for Christmas. Sadly she passed away very suddenly in November. I decided to buy the bracelet in her memory. It arrived a day later beautifully wrapped and with a lovely handwritten card.
