Really love the app and the fact that someone actually steps you through it rather than videos or written tutorial. Makes it more personal and means that it can be tailored towards your preferences and business use. I did think that the last bit needed to be rushed because we were running out of time and would have appreciated a little longer to get more questions answered and cover more content.

I was keep updates at all times as to what was happing as for some reason it wouldnt allow me to add a new employee into the system. They were able to sort it out and kept in contact via phone and email of the prgress
