I was dreading this appointment a little thinking it would be hard to follow since it is so far outside my usual work activities. But I was pleasantly surprised by Michelle who was able to give me an overview that was relatable to my organisation, simple to understand and easy to use. She was honest about what could be achieved with the software but creative in how the tools it provides could be used.
