Quick and accurate response to my online question

I was sent wrong wiring centre while purchasing underfloor heating kit. Sadly my domestic project run beyond planned completion date and I only realised the kit components won't work. When I contacted customer service I was told that nothing can be done for me as it's beyond the 30 days return deadline. I was disappointed as I think the error lays on the company part. I checked my order and everything arrived as it should but how could I know that the components won't work. I ordered wireless option but was given regular wiring centre not compatible with wireless thermostats. I asked customer service agent to share my not so happy experience as lessons learned with his colleagues. I believe it's the company responsibility to sell kits which actually work. I gave 4 stars only because the person I dealt with was kind and told me that I will be offered discount on the wireless wiring centre - I hope that promise will materialize.

Stuff came very quickly and just what I needed. Would use this company again.

Purchased three units because I have a 30sqm conservatory. Easy installation but not thrilled with the app interface. I wanted to program the unit so it comes on at 11.30 and then switches off at 17.50 due to lower energy costs. The app wont allow this and needs to be switched on 24/7. No description for the settings not a detailed manual. When setting a schedule it needs to be a min 5c which restricts you based on the room. App ease of use, it blocks certain features based on the formatting, front display doesn't clearly show are on. I left the unit on for 24 hours and the room didn't increase above 10c. wasted my money...

Initially I ordered the wrong ufh system however, after a couple of exchanges of emails with one if the team, Scott Yule , I was able to get the order corrected to the right system and as a bonus had free layout design to follow for the installation.

I’ve bought several mats and the service has been great. No quibble about sending out a new one when one I laid was faulty. Would highly recommend
