United Kingdom | 11 August 2023The product is good. However I paid for next day delivery on a Friday but didn’t receive my order until Monday. I was told that the order couldn’t be delivered because the house name didn’t make it onto FedEx’s instructions. Even though my number was on the order no one rang to query the house name. When I followed up the non delivery I was told that it would be delivered on the Monday and I wouldn’t get a refund for the next day delivery already paid. Further I could pay an extra £30 to have my order delivered the next day bring a Saturday. I consider this to be very poor….
