Wrong items delivered, have sent several emails and called at least 4 times to arrange the return. Am still waiting to return the goods. Really disappointing service and would not use again.

I did order my parcel over a month ago it is still not there i was planing to do bathroom in the house duting that week and now after all this time i dont have neither the product or the refund im really disappointed in this kinda service i did got in touch with fedex they are telling that the parcel was delivered and i didn't receive it they cant investigate this case and it is really stupid

I've ordered various things from the underfloor heating store over the years. Generally, things have worked out well. However, my last order arrived several days late, so I made alternative arrangements and rejected the items when they finally arrived. Now I must wait up to 14 days for a refund. Why? On top of the wait for my order not to arrive, now I have to wait even longer to get my money back. I've paid for nothing but hassle.

got underfloor kit in black Friday deals for an unbeatable price, there was no wiring centre in the kit, but I sent an email to ask if it was meant to be, and got one sent within a couple of days. very prompt delivery and very pleased with my purchase
