Purchased a new wireless thermostat to replace a 13 year old one. One of features advertised was a power consumption mode,but after installation I was told it had been discontinued. Disappointing as this was one of the features that attracted me to the stat.

Quick delivery and excellent customer service. I placed an order for a large amount of underfloor heating boards in a weekend, and then realised on Monday that I needed to change the board thickness. I called up, got through quickly and had my order amended straight away. Best thing is that delivery wasn’t delayed by my change, and the package still arrived within the same time. Competitive on price too!

I purchased what was described as a 'kit' and the picture included the parts to that kit. What I received was just the ufh mat, with nothing else. Delayed my job and I'm not happy! This was not to do with ordering the wrong item, the option I selected was described as a kit, and the picture clearly shows a kit. Please update your website to accurately reflect what is being supplied!

Scott Yule and his team provided a consultative level of support during our system design, specification and procurement - 8 circuits, 16 mm pipe, 8-port manifold for a 100 sqm floor area. But, remarkedly, this initial support continued (after payment) throughout the critical installation stage. Scott got all issues sorted quickly and effectively. The Under Floor Heating Company clearly takes customer support seriously. We have yet to commission the (new build) heating system. But we're confident Scott's team will be with us in this final stage should any issue arise.
