Sadly I confused one video for another who's title was misleading and ordered the wrong insulation - however the store was most unhelpful with my return and basically send i needed to figure how to send back 3 oversized parcels at 16kg

Absolutely fantastic

Ordered 22m2 heat mat in error Didn’t even open the boxes. Sent them back all 3 boxes well packaged. Received a photo from Royal Mail to say they were delivered and the parcel looked as it was when I sent it. No refund issued after 9 days of returning so I emailed them I was told up to 14 days for refund so I waited. 14 day later no refund or communication from them so I emailed them again to be told that both the seals in the two boxes I sent were broken and the packaging was damaged. Ok the boxes were sent on a pallet with other items squashed on top then had black packaging wrap round them. Erm I sent 3 boxes? All in perfect order. I’m owed £608.00 refund which I’ve been told that I won’t receive. I’ve fitted hundreds of these mats and know full well that if you break the seal you can’t send them back it’s an electrical item and why would anyone break all the seals as you only need to look at one if you don’t know what your doing. The seals were not broken and the package was delivered in perfect order. This company is not as honest as you would like to believe do not under any circumstances use this company they are dishonest please take this advise from an installer of underfloor heating

Sadly due to a lack of communication, I am forced to leave this review, I purchased a wet system thermostat for an UFH back in June, the service to dispatch out was second to none in all fairness, however, I then had an issue and was advised by my electrician to order a replacement as he felt the issue was the thermostat not the electrics, again next day delivery was spot on. It then turned out to be an issue with electrics. The thermostat has been returned unused as per the terms and conditions, however despite emails asking when I can expect a refund and even if the thermostat has been received, I am still waiting - it has been 10 days and I am advised it can take up to 14 days for a refund (in todays digital age, is somewhat extreme and smacks of keeping hold of peoples money way too long) but an acknowledgement of receipt and reply to emails at the very least would have prevented poor relations.................

Great customer service and excellent delivery

Happy with the speed of delivery, but disappointed with a sizeable ‘chunk’ which was evident in the top of the coil of pipe - it looked like something had been dropped on it. Spoke to technical rep who suggested it would be ok as not down to the aluminium layer but still prefer it not be there… I’ve paid for a premium product that doesn’t have joins, so a bit disappointed.

Advisor able to give clear technical advise for DIY project and cleared up conflicting advise from others.

Not happy with the setting of the controller which only has 2 timings when we even chose the expensive one.
