The drivers were excellent. On time. Very polite. Excellent drivers. I gave them 30% tip. BUT the company Dial 7 gets zero stars for putting an extra $98 charge on my credit card as some kind of hold. I have been a client for decades, but if that happens again, I'll switch to Uber.

Car came 10 min after I pressed I had landed. My flight was delayed but 777 followed my flight and car arrived. I find 777 very reliable

I am through with Dial 7. I appreciate the on time reliability of your cars, but the pricing games are tiresome. When I reserved by phone, I was told the charge would be $55 plus tolls taxes etc. I had a $5 discount offer but only for a fare over $56, so I didn’t claim it. At my destination, the fee had become $65 plus tolls taxes etc, so I asked to use my $5 but the driver told me that had to be requested at time of reservation. I’m tired of these games so I plan to use NYC taxis going forward.
