Always on time, always professional!

Dial 7 is always on time with very nice cars and the right size car seat for my child.

Dial 7 does not disappoint! I often take early morning flights with car pick up at 4:30AM. Dial 7 is always on time , very often early. The drivers are professionals and the cars are clean, and the messaging advising you if all is in good order or in the event of a delay or problem is done with clarity and care. I highly recommend Dial7!

I liked the pick up in my buildings entrance. The driver was prompt and very personable. However, my return was not pleasant. The driver yelled at me because I didn't see his car that was hidden by a limousine. He left me on the corner of 40th Street and made no effort to assist me to the entrance despite being grateful for my generous tip.

Really good experience both to and from the Airport. Cars were on time, clean and all accessories worked. Drivers were friendly, good drivers and made the trips both relaxing and enjoyable.

The drive was tailgating the car in front of us and had slam on his brakes a number of times.

The driver tossed one of my bags into the trunk. Later, after my flight, a wheel broke off my rolling bag. I also had to ask the driver to pull over so that I could get out of the car and move to the front seat because the car was so old and the suspension was so bad, that I would have gotten a back injury. Fortunately, the ride was more comfortable from the front seat, but that is very bad way to travel.

The Tesla seemed to need new shock absorbers. The ride was very rough even allowing for the condition of city roads. The driver was very nice, but he kept accelerating and slowing so I felt tossed back and forth and eventually became nauseated. I was glad to get out of the car.
