Car was incredibly dirty, trash from previous riders, so very worn, strong smell if smoke, driver almost fell asleep multiple times (I had to ask him to pull over at a rest area because I was so concerned), also started texting. Last ride with Dial 7

Excellent, professional service

Picked up waited about 5 minutes. Driver was courtesy & drove well. Got home in about 1/2 hour. Used to using cc & adding a tip myself. Gave driver my cc he processed it & asked how much of a tip to use. I was certainly going to give him a tip, but it was awkward. Other than that, I was pleased with the service & will use Dial7 again.
