Longtime client here. Driver was 20 minutes late. New interface doesn't permit direct contact with driver, had to enter his phone number manually. Drove slowly and made me even later to my meeting. Have to rethink this car service before using them again.

Driver was rude and screed at me on the telephone while I informed him that I was waiting at stop no 4. He said," I have been driving for 15 years, you don't know where you are." I replied that I have been living in USA for over 60 years and can read signs. He was also threatening me when I decided not to give him a tip. Tips are not obligatory.
