The second car driver did not show at time specified. I was waiting and walking up and down the streets looking for him in the fridgit weather. I also called him twice to no answer. The name given to me was Navdeep. The first car driver,Bakary was good and pleasant

I was sick with a cold. I fell asleep and left my purse in the car and the driver got it back to me. He saved me. I was at the airport. It would have been terrible but it was okay thanks to Mr. Shahid.

I can count on Dial 7. it's easy to make a res, the drivers are always right on time, the ride is always comfortable, and we're always at the airport with plenty of time. Starting a trip, even if it's for pleasure, is always stressful, with packing and documents, etc. It's nice not to have to think about getting to the airport. Dial 7 is solid.

Easy and efficient

We used the Sprinter Van to transport 14 members of our family from the Church to the Cemetery and back to Manhattan after the burial. The driver was at the Church a few minutes prior to our assigned pick up time, he was friendly and put everyone at ease.

Scam at this point. Did the upcharge "deluxe" vehicle expecting a clean Towncar. A bit surprised when a semi-clean Toyota Highlander with front seat occupied with cooler that smelled like indian food pulled up after a 5 minute wait. Too many other cheaper options out there.

HE KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO DRIVE TO MY DESTINATION SAFELY AND ALSO MADE SMALL CONVERSATION WITH ME WHICH PUT ME AT EASE. I DID NOT HAVE TO TELL HIM HOW TO GET MY DESTINATION.
