The "luxury" vehicles are far from luxury. Some are old and beat up. I have had "luxury" cars with duct tape on the bumper and old, cracked upholstery.

The driver was very nice, but I had to wait for him and his car was very smelly, forcing me to have my window open the entire ride. It was quite cold outside so the ride was not very pleasant.

driver got confusing instructions(i.e. took wrong turn 0n 23rd street ) took too long to get to address. charged way too much and gave himself $13.00 tip!
