Driver communicated while I deplaned and picked up luggage. He was right outside the door of baggage claim allowing me to step directly into the vehicle. Very well done.

Not sure why this noted Ja'Net on the order but I do work for the company she was with so likely why it captured her name instead of mine. At pick up the driver was quite courteous and professional and very considerate to make sure that I was comfortable for the ride. He spoke with me briefly but then was strictly involved with the task of driving me to my location. I felt safe and the ride was pleasant. A great experience.

777 picked up the phone with no wait time amazing. They were excellent reps w excellent communication skills. The process to get our car upon arrival was super efficient a simple click thru — and when faced with crazy traffic at JFK arrivals our driver quickly pivoted and grabbed us at the departure exit instead. The car was really nice and our driver was excellent. We were overall super impressed w the whole experience.

The driver was on time and was helpful working with a log of luggage and helping my wheelchair bound mother into the car. However, I did request a minivan so that the car would not be too high for my mother to access. Dial 7 sent an SUV (which we discussed I did not want) and we had to lift my mother into the car.

I had scheduled an incorrect date for pick-up but never the less, they got a driver to pick me up. The driver was courteous and well-mannered in getting me home safely from the airport.
