This is very simple assessment which did great job refining my purpose. I actually expected my purpose statement to WOW me but it didn't. It took me a while to settle with it, try out how I feel when I am working on my goals, against my purpose, and it does feel great to be in-line with the purpose. So, I believe this is a valid report! It was really great to go over the report with Nancy Zugschwert. She was able to identify my strength by catching me blow through my strength as it is so normal to me. You cannot see yourself well as you are the lenses... So good to have a trained professional work with you!

The Purpose Factor assessment was easy to take and allowed me time to give thoughtful responses vs. just checking boxes. My results were accurate and allowed me to take a deeper look into why I do different things and why I like and dislike different activities. The report made me reflect and do inner work on my thought process, the type of work I do, and why I gravitate toward certain roles. It identified skills, patterns, and blindspots, guiding me toward what is really my purpose. Working with Nancy Zugschwert as a coach was very supportive. She guided me to see the direction I want to go, and I now have the opportunity to pursue something that is aligned with my purpose with more confidence that I'm on the right track. Nancy's curiosity and questions guided me get the "aha" moment and take the report results to an even deeper level that was very impactful.

I wasn’t sure what I was going to find out from the purpose factor assessment. I have taken a few other assessments for different things in the past but this one was different. I was amazed with all the information it was able to derive about me. Jeff Knapp was able to walk me through the many pages of information to really show me more about myself and what motivates and energizes me. The Purpose Factor assessment was very insightful and interesting, but it was the coaching session with Eric DeLeon that really helped me unpack the assessment and critically explore my purpose and the impact it has on my work and life.
