When I started the house hunting process I was pretty well daunted as I have had bad experiences in the past. James Parshay contacted me from Insight and said all of the right things. More importantly he and his assistant Michelle Soto delivered on their promises. The did most of the heavy lifting in getting a terrific loan approved. They fielded questions from my wife and I throughout the process and really made the whole thing as easy as one could hope for. I can't recommend Insight enough.

The service we received was awesome. After a long and stressful search for a loan. Insight loans made it happen. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not the easiest re-fi I've ever done, but it was handled really well and we closed less than 3 weeks after we started the process. Some of that was because of the massive amount of documentation that we had to provide, but that's normal these days even if you have excellent (800+ FICO) credit. Why not 4 stars? We kept getting bogus notices from the bank, our loan person would tell us to ignore them (and we did) it was still annoying to get notices saying that we've have to come up with thousands out of pocket at closing when we ended up getting over a thousand back at closing.

I am one of those people that has 800 questions and concerns. I know nothing about this process so that makes it worse. Paul Hofman was polite and responsive. He would take time out of his day to figure out the best option for me and my family. We looked at a couple different options and we picked the best for us. At the end it almost fell through and Paul was on my side, not just trying to get my business. In the end we went ahead and are incredibly pleased. He even called me when his wife was at the hospital. He is a wonderful guy and that's why we went with insight loans.

Once again, Chad and Insight Loans gets an A+. We worked with him back in May of 2016 to purchase a new home and then we worked with him again a month ago to refinance at a lower interest rate. The process was flawless and would highly recommend him and Insight Loans.
