We chose Insight Loans based on reviews from Lending Tree and we were so glad we did! We borrowed through FHA to build a new construction home. Insight loans handled all the unique requirements of FHA and went over and above to work with our builder throughout the 7 month process. Our builder raved about how great the folks at Insight Loans were to work with. When it came time to close on the house, we had requested to move the closing up a few days and the whole team at Insight Loans worked extra hard to make it happen for us. My mortgage was a 30 year fixed at 6.5%. I decided to try out lending tree and one of the first results to come back was Insight Loans. Not only were they a local company for me, but they had the best offer and after a single phone call I was extremely happy with the people at Insight. While there were a few hiccups, none of which were issues due to Insight, Bert at Insight was able to work through all of them. End result? A 15 year loan with a significantly lower APR (2.8), my mortgage payment stayed the same. While other companies from Lending Tree (cough cough Quicken Loans cough cough) spent their time spamming me with emails and scripted calls, I had real service with Insight.

Our dialogue was good and frequent. I was always kept in the loop and updated in a timely manner. There rates were excellent and the closing process was painless!
