I applied for a Home Loan through Lending Tree , after Rocket Loan denied me. Curtis Jarriell from Insight Mortgage called me promptly after I applied. He explained the loan process in detail. With a credit score south of 640 he explained that I could still qualify for a Mortgage through Insight. I qualified with an Excellant rate of 3.375. Curtis is a true professional and Insight Mortgage is very fast processing my loan. He only asked questions once and remembered everything I told and gave him. My closing costs were less than I anticipated. I highly recommend Insight Mortgage. I'am in my new home before the holidays. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision.

The entire loan process and closing went without a hitch. The application was easy and straightforward. My preliminary acceptance was in just a few days I believe. The officer was pleasant and the follow up information and copies of paperwork were asked for in a polite manner. Very soon i had my preapproval letter which made it easier to find a house in my range and the owner knew I was a serious buyer. Once the offer was made and accepted, the closing date was actually moved up a week which was a very pleasant surprise. Insight loans could not have done better.

My broker was great, got me the loan, and made the process fairly easy. I only had to chase down a couple of documents, other than that the paperwork was pretty seamless. There were a few surprises and I noticed some important information was left out of our conversations until it was necessary, which could of halted the entire process had I not been ready in advance. My only other advice is shop around for home owners insurance;I saved $1800 a year over the broker's connection.
