Rift handled my claim brilliantly. I tend to never answer the phone so they made sure and emailed me to let me know it was them and they also left voice messages which was nice as I’d have forgotten to call them back if they didn’t. They worked endlessly to ensure I got my refund for the previous 4 years and a big massive thank you to them also for spotting my tax code was much too high. I highly recommend them

Excellent service but they do take sizeable chunk of your claim. It is a good service though.

Couldn't have been smoother. They did all the work behind the scenes, just had to answer some questions. I recommend doing as much online as possible as it makes it a lot quicker and easier. They contacted me whenever they had to at a time that suited me and was quicker than expected.
