Beware of this company. They done 4 years of tax returns for me, it took them 2 days. They then charged me £1200 saying they had to do 4 years worth of tax refunds!!! It only took 2 days worth of paperwork, £600 per day!!! Granted, it was 4 years worth of tax refunds, but they charged me per year instead of charging me once for the 2 days worth. Disgusting firm who are nice and polite on the phone, but underneath they will fleece you dry. Look around for a better/cheaper service. I will never use these again.

Really great experience as usual, I had a few personal issues whilst organising my refund and found the team to be extremely helpful and understanding despite my lack of contact. Really appreciate the great customer care/service.

My agent was Jonathan Cooper, he was very helpful in assisting with my claim, I have used Rift every year and they have exceeded my expectations year in and out. Would highly recommend.

Does what it says on the tin. filled in some forms and uploaded some documents. in total, maybe two hours of work for a nice chunk of money in return. worth it

She was readily available and helpful if I had any questions and continously kept me in the loop with updates on how my claim was going.

Had one of your Reps, Wilfred come to site. Promised me a substantial rebate. I told him I was unsure as i have learning difficulties, I didn't want any repercussions in the future. He promised me everything would be OK. 2 years later I now OWE Hmrc £1300!!! Your staff never phone me back as promised. Im now in debt through no fault of my own!!!!
