Mak was of great help whilst dealing with my tax refund, made it very easy for me over the phone.

You get spammed on all fronts with phone calls, text messages and emails. I requested that my contact information be deleted after they confirmed they would delete it, they sent me another email 2 minute later regarding refer a friend. I rang back to complain and was told it's an automated email and it takes time for my contact details be deleted. I would not advise anyone to use them. They also take a humongous percentage from your tax return. Stay away.
