Really good customer service, had a slight problem and we had contact daily from the staff who were trying to sort the matter out. Products are also really great, good value and variety. This is my preferred company to get my E liquid from.

I think the vape liquids I got were lovely and came nice and quickly ,a have just a few tips to make the buying experience better. There isn’t much option to filter the options to Nicotine level or types of flavours so I found myself having to put the pricing low to higher and clicking on loads of options until I found a few that had the nicotine levels and flavour combinations I wanted where as if I could of filtered it down it would have saved me ALOT of time.

Happy with the quality of the liquids I ordered. Delivery slightly late but they always are travelling across the water (despite NI being in the UK) but that's on Royal Mail I imagine. Messaged the team when my order hadn't arrived and they were very helpful. Happy to use E-Liquids UK again.

Have used this site a few times now and always been great, the last time there was an item missing from the order, i emailed them and they got straight back to me, aplogised and promised to send the item 1st class that day so i had it the next day. Really good service thank you!

Great customer service didn't receive my order in the time stated I think royal mail issue, emailed them got a reply within an hour informing me they have reshipped my order which I then received the next day, well packaged and happy with my order thanks have used this company before and will use again.
